Our claims process

Processing your claims promptly helps us to defend your best interests. Our dedicated claims team will provide the required advice, guidance and support where needed. Below are the various stages in our claims process.

Contacting us

Once a loss occurs, you need to contact us immediately on 0247 235 121 and provide us with the necessary details of the loss. We will provide the required guidance and documentation to start the process.

Claim investigation begins

The claim investigation begins with your submission of a completed claim form which will determine the occurrences that led to the loss and the amount of damage or loss.

The claim form and your policy documentation are reviewed carefully to determine the risks covered after which you will be informed of any applicable deductibles that may apply in your case.

The claim form and supporting documentation is then submitted to the insurer for processing. Our Client relationship officers follow up in six (6) hourly intervals to enable the swift processing of the claim.

Loss evaluation is conducted

In order to accurately evaluate the extent of the damage, we oversee the claims process and ensure that; in the event where the Insurer needs to hire appraisers, engineers or contractors; they do so.

Once the evaluation is completed; we liaise with the insurers to provide you with feedback.

Claim payment

Once the investigation and processing is complete, the Claims Pay Out documentation which states the amount of compensation to be paid out and the basis for the computation is forwarded to you.

The claim cheque is then paid into your account to enable smooth recovery from your loss.
